Adjustments during recruitment

Candidates can ask for reasonable adjustments so they can take part fairly in the recruitment process.

When a campaign is open, its candidate information will explain how to request an adjustment for the application, assessment or interview stage. Requests are considered according to the candidate's needs and the requirements of the role.

An adjustment changes how a candidate is able to demonstrate whether they meet the standard; it does not remove the standard itself.
